Supporting people with psychosocial disability to live a full and contributing life. We talk to you about what you want, how to get there, and figure out a plan of action. We follow the PBS to help you achieve your goals.
Skills Development and Training
Aimed at NDIS clients with needs in skills and development according to their PBS/NDIS plans.
Our appointments can be in our Midland or Armadale offices, at your home, or within a community setting.
Soultion focus.
This 30 min phone call is to find solutions for yourself, or client. This is an exploratory phone call, focusing on the challenges that you or your client face. Some examples are discussing plans and how to get the full benefit with the wording in the plan, services that are available within Rainbow hub and externally, NDIS exploration, and some How to’s.
